She's Done - The Beginning of a project.

The Area: Lovers Lane
Okay so toady I did She's Done. I went down to lovers lane, which is a now forested, old road, it was never paved, so slowly it has turned into well, what looks like a bike and walking path. If you walk all the way from one end to the other, you soon find that it re-connects to a paved road, one leading out of Didsbury, It makes you wonder why it was closed off, when it could have come in handy.

The Idea: My new challenge,Simple Deaths -- To Simple
Okay, so my new project, or "self challenge" if you will is to do a series on simple deaths, a bit to simple if you ask me. Lovers lane, aside from the name, was a perfect spot for my first photo. Ideally it is abandoned, although it is still used for walking, it used to be a well used road, that never was paved of course. But As stated earlier, why was it abandoned, it could have been very vital, making navigating around Didsbury much easier, but instead it was closed, later becoming Lovers Lane, a simple getaway from life in a small town, where everyone, knows everybody. So there it created a history, a what if, and a perhaps for my photo. Obviously, the death happened after the road was abandoned, some one will find her, as it is used for walks, but whom will find her, and what will they think. As I stated, she was found, and stated Done, and left to decay. She was Done.... A simple death, with a history, and what if and a perhaps. to simple.

Things that Happened: Haha
Well, as you well know, lots of people from around Didsbury use Lovers lane to take the husbands, or dogs on walks :) Well, I had to change my clothes a bit, till I found what I liked, comparing with my surroundings, so I was literally stripping in this path luckily surrounded by trees, so I was a bit nervous while that happened. One lady happened to be walking her dog, she decided against heading through Lovers Lane when she saw me... oh well, wasn't my decision. Then I was laying on the ground, partially worried about bugs getting tangled in my hair, and otherwise worried about looking dead or injured. This rather cut guy, happened to be coming up behind me, and I didn't notice until I jumped back up off the ground and dusted of dirt. That was a but embarrassing :) The funny thing though, he kept on coming back, well, kept passing the entrance of lovers lane, it was a bit odd :D But all in all a good shoot :D
